Please guys help me how can I fix my problem. When I received a call 5seconds later it restart quickly . I did everything but nothing happens. Help me please :( answer me asap

Same thing is happening to my friends blu life xl. He got a replacement and it still does the same thing. the phone is junk. Don't waste your time, get a new phone.
