stuck on opening keypad: forgot code
forgot 4 digit security keypad code: tablet wont allow me past keypad. its been a while & i dont recall code. how do i get past it? or reset it?

Power off completely, then hold volume up and power at same time. Hit home button and then use volume keys to scroll to factory reset and power to select. Select yes. Then select reboot if it does not reboot automatically
