I dropped my camera probably 3 times, and it seemed fine. But, after the 3rd time my camera dropped it worked fine throughout the day...but by the end of the day it made a buzzing noise. Also, the camera lens will not focus! Someone please help me. I don't know how to fix this and if it is seriously damaged.

ppp, sounds like an internal problem with the lens focusing gears/motor. The components inside are very small and delicate to work with, best to find a good camera repair shop have them take a look, diagnose and estimate repair.
