I dropped my camera yesterday and the lens wouldn't retract when it turned off. I finally pushed it back in and it seemed to close fine, but now whenever I turn on my camera I get an error message, "Lens error, restart camera." I can't figure out how to get my camera to turn on again.

Your lens didn't reseat and now it cannot deploy properly. You may be able to get it to do so by using a finger nail or with a piece of tape stuck to the front and gently pulling outward while trying to turn it on. If you can't get it to come back out you are going have to do some surgery and open up the camera to get to the lens assembly. Use this lens removal guideto take it apart.
