1 Why Won't My Laptop Charge?
Hello, I'm having an issue with my device, where the battery won't charge. It's plugged in, but the battery doesn't charge.

You should first make sure your power cord is free of kinks or debris. You can also check to see if the power brick is warm. If it is not, you may need to replace the DC power jack. For more information, please view our Troubleshooting Page
