Why won't my DVD play?
I keep trying to watch a movie but the laptop is not responding to the disk.

There is a high possibility that the problem is a CD/DVD drive malfunction. Try resetting the laptop first and re-running the disc. If that does not work, try cleaning off the DVD and clean inside the CD/DVD drive to try to remove and bits of food or dust. If the DVD still does not play, you may have to replace the CD/DVD drive.
