I turned on the computer and it is running slow. What should I do?

The first thing you can do is try and delete unnecessary data off your computer. Refer to the troubleshooting page for more details on this. Another, more expensive option, is to buy either a better RAM and/or a new hard drive. You can find direction on how to do this on the device page. Good luck!
