2 My touch screen does not work
I tap on an app to open it but nothing happens. It takes multiple presses just to get something to open. It is very frustrating. Please help!

Sounds like the digitizer might be loose on the inside. You would need to open it up and look and reconnecting the ribbon cable. If that doesn't work, you may need to replace the digitizer. You can find replacements on ebay with your model number.

Well my screen is cracked and it won't let me tap on any thing the only thing I can do is turn it off and wait till the screen will dim and turn off

Then you need to replace the screen and the digitizer.
