lens will not close when powered down
my son walked into someone and now the lens will not close when powered down. how can this be fixed

sherri126 , Fully charge the battery and try on/off several times while slapping/bumping the bottom of the camera, remove battery for a couple minutes and reinstall to see if it resets. If this does not work, because of the intricate/small delicate gears that control the lens to function may be jammed, it should be looked at by a good camera repair Tech. Have a good camera repair shop have a look, diagnose and estimate repair. Good luck.
