Completed sequence.

Now have 5 flashing green lights.

Sensing, wash, rinse, spin, complete

Note -

Tech was just here and replaced pump. Still not working correctly

Ours just has the Sensing LED illuminated.

I have a Kenmore and all it does is the sensing light flashes??

@mountian first thing you want to do is to unplug your machine then plug it back in after a short while (I'd give it 10-15min) This will act like a reset. After that make sure that your power outlet works. If it dos not check your circuit breakers or fuses. If that checks out okay it is possible that you have a control board issue, a failed shift actuator, or a failed power door lock. You can check the door lock for continuity with a multimeter. If that is okay, then you want to take a look at the control board for any obvious damaged components. run the diagnostics and see if it gives you an error code. Let us know what you get:

here is the sequence you'll need to go through to display the error code.

1. Be sure the washer is in standby mode (plugged in with all indicators off). (press and hold the start/cancel button for 3 seconds to turn everything off)

2. Perform the following sequence of movement using the cycle selector knob. NOTE: AFTER RESET, sequence “a” through “e” must be completed within 6 seconds.

RESET - Rotate cycle selector knob counterclockwise to clear sequence.

a. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

b. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

c. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

d. Rotate cycle selector knob counter-clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

e. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

You are now in diagnostics. Turn the knob until just the "DONE" LED is illuminated. Push START.

Turn the dial one click to see the error code that is displayed by the LED's along the progress line. Let us know which ,and if, lights appear and let us know.

@mountian . Brent, Try reset, unplug let sit 5 min. and plug in and try. If under warranty, contact the manufacturer and use you warranty. There could be a few reasons for the washer not starting, Check for power at the receptacle, check the power cord for damage, door lock could be faulty or the main board could be faulty,etc..

If not comfortable trying to diagnose or repair the washer have a good repair tech. have a look and diagnose and estimate repair. Links below may aid in diagnosing washers issue, 1st link tells about error codes and how to retrieve them for diagnosing and 2 and 3 links are trouble shooting.
