nothing after the Enjoy statement

My Google TV starts up fine then I get the "Enjoy" statement then nothing happens. I press the home key on the k700 keyboard and nothing happens. I put new batteries in the keyboard and turn it off then on, the green power light on the keyboard lights up but none of the keys seem to work (the green power light doesn't come on when the keys are hit)?
