1 Alexa is on but not responding to anything
I plug Alexa in and it responds but when I go to ask a question there is nothing. Also she stays on red

It is the most common problem when echo alexa is not responding to voice, simply disable and enable the Alexa Privacy. By doing this, may Alexa start listening again and check it by giving voice commands.

- Need to check the microphone is enable on Alexa device
- Enable the Alexa Privacy
- Check the internet speed and wireless connection
- Changing the place of Echo or wireless router
- Need to changing the Awake ward
- Check the Wireless router is working or not
- Enter the correct passwords during login
- Using the all smart device on same wireless network
Above situation solve then Alexa not responding issues solve and Alexa device backup running.
