Need to update the device
I can't open my device.when I try to open it ..its say need to update..how to update it.

If I understand you right the device is telling you to update it. Generally with a android or Apple device you can plug them into a charger and then look in the settings and choose updates. This will require a Internet connection so make sure that WiFi is enabled and that you are connected. You might find some of your updates in the Google play store.
