do you still have the problem, if yes I got the solution and also the bypass for you :)
Update (21.01.2018)
FRP Lock is used against thefts, before FRP exist, people could just do a three button combo to factory reset your phone and sing in with their Google Account. Since FRP it shall make it harder for people bypass this, if you do such a factory reset it will ask about the previous Google Account used (that clearly thefts don't have). Hope this helped you to clear it out. It is possible to bypass this.
