MacBook Pro early 2011, A1278.
Everything boots up but is very slow loading. Fans is running loud. Replaced the heat sink, Trackpad, Fan and I still get the same error code:
Now what? Help!

Sounds like you have some corrosion on the trackpad. Either clean it carefully with some 85% isopropyl alcohol or just replace the trackpad. Here's the IFIXIT guide you'll need to follow: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Early 2011 Trackpad Replacement

Thanks but I replaced the trackpad and the track pad cable, the hdd cable and sensor, the hdd, the heat sink and the fan.
Check the ribbon cable connectors for damage.
It sounds like you just throw the pasta at the wall here to see what stuck ;-}
The HD and its cable wouldn't explain the error, or the heat sink or fan. While these parts may have needed cleaning the error message code is clear.
How about doing some deeper diagnostics to try to isolate the issue. I would get this App: TG Pro for less than $20 US its well worth it! Snap a screenshot of the main window so we can see what it shows and paste it into a answer.

I had this error too! I tested the original trackpad & cable in a new machine, error gone.
Searched the web and people said the webcam cable could also be to blame.
Disconnected webcam cable. All issues stopped.
