No Recovery Mode and Settings Crash

I have been having an issue where every thing I click on in my settings menu doesnt open all I see is the com.android.settings crash notification, Recovery mode doesnt work and I cant do a factory reset because when I click on ANYTHING in settings I get that error this didnt happen until after I rooted my device and cleaned it at first it was just the app settings now its any settings I am beyond !#^&@@ off all I wanted to do was clear a notification after deleting one of my gmails PLEASE HELP before I break this &&^&^$^ phone in half
