My phone has multi colored lines on half the screen, how do I fix it?

I dropped my phone and when i picked it up, it had multi colored lines on the right side of the screen only. The touch screen still works fine, its just those lines that don't go away and i cant see the rest of my phone.

Meee too!!! I dropped my phone in the shower (don't ask) and now it has lines on the screen and it doesn't respond to touch… anyone, HELP US!!!
