Paper jam in paper feeder
paper feeder jam, lift lid and clear paper jam. No paper jam. is there any other place I can look or open?

Look at pages 126-128 for the process to clear jams. A jam can occur inside the printer or the automatic document feeder.

Have you tried unplugging the printer, waiting 10 minutes and plug it back in
