Continuous restarting makes tablet unusable

I performed a factory reset. Now, whenever I turn it on, it cycles every 60 seconds. Nothing I do makes it stop. There is no Hannspree repair venue in my country, so any suggestions?

I performed the reset because the tablet kept freezing and crashing. It less than 18 months old! So frustrating!

Google's play services app is giving !&&* to thousands of people lately. Your problem could come from a number if different issues but I would give a try uninstalling Play services updates as first thing.
