Can I replace the battery?
Is it possible to replace the battery in this? Mine does not hold a charge any more.

If your Shark vacuum is not charging see the Shark ION Robot R75 Does Not Charge problem page for possible problems and solutions.
It is possible to change the battery, you will have to disassemble to access the battery, unplug and possibly do a search for that battery pack using the part # from the battery or by using the vacuum’s make and model#. The link below may also help. Good luck.

Yes, you can replace the battery. I'm sure that the other answer is just as helpful, but if you look at the troubleshooting page, or the device page there are links to a guide now for how to replace the battery.
