Why touch screen cannot use?
My smartphone cannot use touch screen. No response for everything.
How can I do?

SupaP Y. , Try cleaning the screen it with a dry soft cloth to remove greasy film/finger prints/etc., which may solve the issue. If this does not fix issue try a factory reset link below will instruct how to do a factory reset. If still no go, the it will be a hardware/digitizer problem. Take the phone into a good local cell/computer repair shop for diagnoses and estimate for repair.
