Time keep changing after set in control panel
Time incorrect. It can be changed in Control Panel, but it will change again showing an incorrect time. Date is ok.

For this type of issue, there are only a couple of things I know of to check.
First, make sure you are set to the right time zone. This can usually be done as easily as right clicking the clock -> Adjust time/date -> Select correct Time Zone in drop down
If it keeps happening, I have solved this issue before by replacing the CMOS battery which seemed to be the culprit.
