@fasteddywilson, edmund, Normally the battery door assy would be replaced as it will have the contacts molded into it I believe. Below is a guide that will show how to disassemble camera to access battery door hinge pin to enable changing of battery door. Also a couple links to replacement battery door assy. which you can also do a search on for better pricing perhaps. Good luck.
