touch screen not working
I can't unlock my phone as the top line of numbers on lock screen wont work.

This may be an old question, but here is an answer for other axon 7 users:
Your display cable may be loose, so here is a solution without opening the phone. Hold the phone upright with the screen facing towards you, then pinch up and down the right side, you may or may not hear/feel a click, if your problem is not solved, then your screen may be permanently damaged.

If your touch screen suddenly stops respond to your touch, this may be caused by software issues.
Try these steps hope so it will helpful
1. Restart Android Device
2. Remove Memory Card & SIM Card
3. Put Device in Safe Mode
4. Factory Reset Android Device in Recovery Mode
5. Calibrate Touch Screen on Android with Apps

I tried this but unfortunately when it restarted, I still needed to enter my PIN so couldn't get in to calibrate the touch screen.
