Camera flash issues after reassembly

Thrilled that I was able to repair my phone and everything worked after reassembly, except one thing: using flash with the camera puts a big green glare across the bottom of the screen: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxLaMz-...

I guess I will order another rear cover adhesive and go back in and try to wiggle parts around, but I don't know what to look for specifically. Has anyone else had this?
