Major OS Problems: Lolipop

Hey

My phone is really in bad condition now, I suspect the OS has a problem.

Here are the list of problems:

-It cannot detect my sim card

-Shutting down takes forever

-Cant turn on wifi (stuck at turning on)

-Overheating like crazy even though im not using it (cuz I basically cant now)

The interface is usable but its just the malfunctions stated above.

Please help. Thank you.

Restore the system firmware using Sony Xperia companion.

Make sure you backup data on your phone if you need to first before doing it.
