Fixed wife's V10 after it constantly rebooted. I work for CameraSecurityReviews.com in Indiana as a repair technician servicing audio and video equipment like this http://camerasecurityreviews.com/4-chann... . The root cause of this reboot issue, and sometimes overheat issue found in G4,G5 and V10...is a ball-array mounted IC on the main PCB on the screen side of the board. Its a larger IC without the interference shield over it.
The fix involves heating the IC and PCB with hot air and allowing the solder underneath the re-flow and make a connection again. Don't melt any plastic connectors. Also take out any SD card and the SIM card so they won't melt! Hope this helps someone.

I baked my motherboard. Worked like a charm. Using it for more than a daynow with no issues.
