My timer counts down incorrectly
Hi guys, i wonder if anyone can help please.
I have a brand new hotpoint dishwasher.
First wash all worked well, second wash i noticed hadnt heated, so i popped it on again on a chosen 1 hour wash. It washed and counted down to 55minutes, and then dropped to 28 minutes, it continued to wash for a minute then dropped again to 11 minutes, needless to say it hadnt washed. I have since sent it for repair, first wash home it heated and worked well although the dishes were not all dry... Second wash it counted down again as before moving rapidly through the time... It is no longer covered for repair as the original plug was removed for fitting... Any info would be great

Changing the electrical plug should not invalidate your warranty.
But tell us about this plug change. What country do you live in? Was the washer bought in that country? What did you change the plug from and what to and who did it?
