The Blue Screen of Death

Hi! I got a netbook from my grandmother from Paris that was given by the one who she is working for and then few months later, when I'm going to use it wrote "Preparing Automatically Repair" Then I just wait cuz I thought it was normal.

After that while loading it wrote "Diagnosing your PC" then I was ready to panic until the blue screen showed.

What I'm asking is how to fix it without windows installation...I mean it's okay if the only way is to reset it....how??

Should I call an expert?

Should I fix it myself?

Please help me if you SOLVED this problem with easy way..
