2 hard reset? recovery mode?
i have a customer whos father passed away. she is trying to reset his blackberry to sell it as she cannot get into it. i cant seem to find a way to hard reset via button combo. help?

Np! I hope it works!
Just log in 10 times with the wrong password or wrong pattern etc., then the phone will delete everything down to factory reset level, and restarts from scratch again.

Actually that is incorrect, it will leave it stuck in a mode where you need the original google account to load past the setup screen... It has to be done via the actual factory reset option to avoid this...
