will it work on slim?
The information that i have is that the modules work in ALL 360, so should not be an issue, but if you are not certain, ask the vendors.

The way it looked to me when I took my 360s apart is that the 360s RF board connector is thinner and longer than the original. I believe this is because the eject button is wired to the RF board (a need for more pins) unlike the original that had a physical button. You should definitely check on ebay. I purchased a used RF board for my slim xbox and it works perfectly. $5.99
