one time it is in cover and camera has fallen on ground and

I assume there is no visible damage. First of all, take the battery and SDCard out and put them back, ensuring they're seated properly. If that doesn't fix it, the are several disassembly guides on iFixit for this camera. If you take it apart you may find simply that a connector has become dislodged or needs reseating.
