When I connect my galaxy note to pc nothing appear on the phone even charging it just vibrate it is completely blank and when I charge it the logo of the battery is gone after 1 second

lol you cannot access your phone from your PC when it is off. Start somewhere with the troubleshooting and the best place in your case is with a new battery.
