I have the Infant Optics DXR-8 and recently the display screen has gone to only showing vertical lines. You can tell the monitor is switching between the 2 cameras we have because the lines will change colors, but nothing is visible. Is there a way to fix the display screen?

did anyone drop the LCD device or put too much pressure on it (sat on it maybe)?
do you see any discoloration on the edge of the LCD?
My bet is the LCD have been damaged have it brought to the service center so they can confirm the issue specially if it's under warranty. If not you may wanna try opening it and see if it could be a connection issue.
