Wont switch on properly
Hi,
One day my tablet works fine and the next it wont switch on properly. The power light comes on but nothing loads. I left it off for over a month and now the power wont switch back on. Please help.

Did it stop working before you left it for a month? If so, it could be that the battery has died. Normally I would expect it still to work on mains power but possibly it might not.
If it was fine before you left it for a month then the battery has probably completely drained, and possibly died. First of all, try giving it an extended charge, maybe as much as 24 hours.
My guess is that a new battery would fix it - if you've regularly used this device on battery power then you can't complain if the battery dies after 4 years. But it's quite possible that it's something else, and the cost of a battery is more than you'd probably want to spend just to try. You could take the battery out and test the voltage across its terminals with a test meter, or you could see if you could find a battery supplier who would take it back if it doesn't help you.
