ms dos embedded error gotnt 13090

I have a Ziehm Vista C-Arm X-ray System which runs on MS-DOS for embedded system. Presently it does not boot completely and it write that there is a FATAL ERROR GOTNT. 13090 that translates to error reading file "e routine.

How do I correct this?
