The GoPro Hero3 White, using the same image sensor as the GoPro Hero Original, was released in 2013 and, at the time, was the lowest cost entry into the GoPro camera market. The Hero3 brought a 30% smaller and 25% lighter action camera.

Image Sensor replacement due to rainbow effect

Where/how do I replace the sensor in my GoPro Hero3 White. The image is very rainbowy and has a lot of distortion. Where can I buy the part?
