My son put a password on his android tablet and now cant remember his password please help...

as long as you remember your google ID password, you can run a factory reset through recovery mode.
accessing recovery mode is different depending on the model, so find the model number of your tablet, and googlesearch (MODEL##) Recovery mode

How do u do a factory reset
you would need access to recovery mode. you need to know the model of the tablet to do this.

Hard Reset Android Phone and Tablet
- Power off your android phone.
- Press and hold the volume down for 10 – 20 seconds after that press the power button for a short while.
- Choose option recovery by using to navigate volume button and power key to confirm.
- When you see an android logo press and hold volume up, and release the power button.
- Choose wipe data/factory reset.
- Then select yes delete all user data.
- To restart the phone. select “reboot system now”.
