Hello mwbro1! It looks like your phone should be running Android 7 - if the problem is not with the actual light, you should be able to access your LED light settings from either the Display tab under Settings or the Smart Assistant tab under Settings. Mine reads "LED Notifications". Hope that helps!

Hi my name is Jesus, my geoking 3 max never charge the battery, so I stop using ,it try other chargers but , do the same thing ,so after that, I bought another new cell phone so I call the company from where I bought this phone but never answer my callswhat can I do to fix this phonemy email is Jliza58@gmail.com I will appreciate your help thanks ,!,,

My geoking also stopped charging i went back to using my Note4 ….for future I’ll stick with Samsung.
