Does the pointer move when a different mouse is used (if not then the problem is not the mouse)?
Is the mouse turned on (there’s an on/off switch on the bottom)?
Is the battery fresh? Could it be dead?
Is the red laser working?

the red laser for me is working but its not moving and the laser dont (bright down) or (bright up) when moving
