This is the Digital2 pad deluxe running Android OS 4.1 Jellybean. Google play store, front and back cameras, WI-FI connectivity, Multi-touch capability , G sensor technology, and built in speaker.
Please be more specific. What message do you get, if any, when attempting to download an app? Is it downloading but not installing? Have you set your download and install storage settings to your external SD?
