Why is the moouse not working
I went to touchscreen mode not mouse can't get into it

Hi Rhonda Clark, I suppose you are talking about Trackpad,
Check if it has been disabled by accidentally, some models have a Fn + (Trackpad) key to either enable or disable the trackpad.
Else you can go to control panel, mouse settings and check if it has been disabled,
