I had cracked my nexus 5's screen and had it replaced through a local phone store. at first it was fine but the phone call voice quality (me hearing other voice on the phone) was getting bad till where theres no sound. i know the the phone calls happening because plugging a earphone and mic lets me have the conversation but it inconvenient.
can i fix it?

Most of the time the speakers aren't connected properly. There should be two gold prongs that have to touch the back of your phone which makes it work. Its a relatively simple fix if you're able to open it up and just see if the prongs are touching.
It will be two gold prongs on your speaker and they should touch two gold plates on the back of the inside of your phone
