Phone screen goes black
During a phone call my phone screen becomes black and can't turn it on.Also while listening to the audio it gets stop and so can't listen them

When either issues happens, check to see if the phone is getting extremely hot. It could potentially be overheating. That being said see if the phones shape has changed, like screen separating from the phone base and/or possible bulging from the back or the screen. The battery might be going bad and/or broken open.

I recommend you change the ROM. It seems that the version you have is not correct or is not properly installed
