I change display ( boken touch ) and used phone few days . After I take picture with camera the display turned white and swithed off phone ( battery was at 60% ) . Now it can not turn on . I tried with old display , but problem is not solved . Any suggestions ?

Could be in DFU mode. Is it recognised in iTunes?

I had the same issue because of my connections of the lcd was not right. So Check that the cables fit properly.

I tried with old display that has broken touch , but the problem is same .

Did you unplugg the battery every time you replaced the screen?
If not, I would check the lightning/image fuse

Yes , my first thing is unplugg battery
Test an hard reset - home button and power button the same time up to a minute and release if you see the Apple logo, if that dosent work then test unplug the battery and put in the charger and see if it goes to the Apple logo. If it does you got a bad battery
