Is it safe to mount the TC vertically?
I'd just like to stand my Time Capsule up on the wall behind my desk, was wondering if with it's HDD and all if it was safe to mount it vertically.

The HDD its self won't have a problem. But your CT may encounter over-heating if the vents are blocked (the cut around the edge). Find a small block of wood to lift the side up a bit (1/2") that doesn't block the vent.
