volume disappears while in call.

when someone calls to me or i do call anywhere, i need to put phone on speaker only.if i turn speaker off i do not hear anything but other side do hear,s me.

You're earpiece does not work anymore and needs to be replaced. Every phone has two speakers, one in he ear piece and the loud speaker on the back or side for the speaker phone function.
