Display Issue upper half not responding

Hello iFixIt community,

as i got recently a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact.

But its upper Screen react insant to the google searchbar that there after factory reset.

but i cant slide down the Notificationbar or some other apps arent working too.

Repair via Companion didnt help either.

i though now about a custom rom if that could may help?

it didnt had any accidents ... im really confused with the phone as everything works fine out of the phone diagnose.
