Why is my keyboard unresponsive?
The keyboard on my MC55 series device is acting up. I have tried cleaning the keyboard and assuring that the device is responsive in other ways. What can I do?

The keyboards on the MC55 series are known to fail over time. As the MC5590 is an aging product, it may become necessary to replace the keyboard.
