Otto, we don't repair things here, we help you repair your gear. Sorry to say we don't have any guides on the Rollie TLR's.
The older Rollie light meters used a selenium photocell. Sadly, over time they lose their ability to power the meter. You'll need to find someone who services these beautiful cameras to see if they have the needed part.

otto richter I assume you are referring to the light meter "Belichtungsmesser" for the camera. You are going to replace it yourself or are you asking for some leads to get it repaired?
